Logitech g733, the microphone is not working.
Answeredbought this headset and my microphone worked really well for about a month, but suddenly, it doesn't work on my computer or on other people's computers, and no matter how hard I try to charge it, it doesn't show any signs of working. Where's the problem?

Hi jackson,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the experience with G733.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Confirm the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes.
3. Check mute settings.
4. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.
5. Check the Windows Sound settings:
• Right-click on the volume icon from the system tray, in the lower right corner.
• Click Recording devices.
• Make sure the headset microphone is selected as the Default Communication Device.
• Highlight the mic then click the Properties button.
• On the Levels tab, make sure the gain is at least 50% (recommended is 100%).
• On the Listen tab, check Listen to this device.
6. Test the mic:
• Right-click on the volume icon from the system tray, in the lower right corner.
• Click Recording devices.
• Highlight the headset mic then click Configure.
• Select Set up microphone, then Headset Microphone and click Next.
• Read the sample phrase and adjust the mic volume.
7. Update the device's firmware:
• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
• If a firmware update is available, a Blue """"Update"""" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
8. Try testing the device on a different computer.
If issue persists, please do let us know.
