    Here my problem,

    I have the Craft & Mx3,

I installed options+ but didn't read the compatibility list (Lost as to why the Craft isnt a priority) to then find out the Craft isnt yet compatible.  So i uninstalled Options+ went back to Options and now options frequently crashes.  I have deleted all files in the Programdata & user folders but can not stop options from crashing.  Whats Logitech's thoughts on how to solver this problem?

    Hello Support,

Although I appreciate the work you are doing with Options+ but I'm disappointed with the V1.00 you released few days ago... I see that my keyboard Craft is not supported yet.

I understand there is some work to be done but this is a premium keyboard, 200€ worst and it is not yet supported!!! It should be a priority taken into the price, isn't it.

OK, I understand this might not be the most popular keyboard on sell with Logitech but with a premium item, I would expect premium  support. I still have to switch between 2 apps (basic Option and Option+). This is really not easy going.

Anyway, thank you for Option+ which is great with great GUI.

    What's the forecast?

    See you,

    Alexandre.

    Alex A,

i pretty much support what you are saying.  What mouse are you using and do you use Flow?  If you are using flow with options+ are you able to move K+M across to your secondary devices?

    Thank for you feedback.

    Hi Levi Ferdinand,

I use the MX Master 3 and I use Flow and it works great between my 2 computers. I did not setup yet the Craft keyboard with Flow (still use the keyboard embedded to my laptop) and my Craft. But only 1 single MX Master.

    Alex.

    Hi Alex A,

    Thanks for responding,

With option+ does your Craft follow your MX3 to your secondary computer? as it would if you were just using options.

Hi - loving the new Options+ software and the ability to map an OS-level microphone mute button to my keyboard on OSX. One problem: it's a laptop. When I leave my house with the laptop (without my MX keys), there doesn't appear to be any way to unmute the mic. Even tried rebooting and uninstalling the software to no avail. Literally the only way to unmute the mic was to get back to my MX keys keyboard, reinstall the software, map the button again, and then press the button.

Can y'all give us a secondary way to mute/unmute, perhaps via the options+ software itself? I.e. maybe on the keyboard mapping screen, when you select what each button does, you could have a "press now" option as an accessibility feature.

    Thanks! Cheers, Andi

Hi - just got the new mechanical MX and tried to install options + on my work PC. I and tech support couldnt figure it out. IT policy requires that any .exe be approved through a managment tool (Ivanti). We went through the nornal process to approve the file "logioptionsplus_installer.exe" and it ran, but imedially kciked into "donloading" and continued to fail. I suspect the installer is downloading another .exe or other process that needs permissions to run, but it appears that is silent /hidden to the user so we can't figure out what process needs to be approved.

Dissapointing, as the normal Options software works just fine, but wont work with the new keybaord.

Who ever is responsible for leaving out the Craft from the launch of options+ should be sacked imo.

Here you have a flagship keyboard with a high price tag and some brainiac at Logitech decided to leave the craft for later date. I see a quote that keeps coming from tech support "we will release support over time" seriously what does that even mean? 1Month, 3months, 6months or if Logitech do what Logitech do best "NEVER". After all if tech support did tell users there will be no future support that would kill of Craft sales instantly. I think Logitech need to release a statement with a guarantee the Craft has got future software support whilst my device still has a warranty. Cause if you don't I'm sending mine back for a refund!

This has been the most annoying experience. Logitech claims that the options+ is available for MacOS and for a time it was and worked on my MacBook Pro 13 M1 or MacBook 14 M1 Pro when in beta but now it doesn't open, always says backend connection problem no matter how many times I delete it and reinstall (even tried deleting launch demons etc.) nothing works. I talked to customer service only for them to tell me that the app is not compatible with Macs yet, so then why tell people that is? Now I bought a very expensive mouse (thinking I was getting all these great features) which is no better than an ordinary cheap mouse.

    Hi John ,

We apologize for the delay in responding.

You just need permission to install the software i.e to be able to store the software you need to be the admin on your computer.

If the issue persists, kindly try the following.

    1. Uninstall Logitech Options+
    2. Perform clean boot of your Windows Computer.

The calculator launches behind my windows on my main monitor after upgrading to Options+. The calculator does open on top of all the windows on my other 2 monitors. I switched back to the older Options and this no longer happens.

    Hi zquikone and Dragan,

There was Logi Options+ update on 2022-06-30 which has fix for some crashes and hangs. Kindly try updating the software to latest version (1.10.9317) and check if that helps.

is the MX Vertical seriously not supported on options+? there isn't a single ergonomic mouse supported on the new software, does that mean that anyone who is unable to use a normal shaped mouse due to a physical disability or condition are to be excluded from this app? that not only seems inconsiderate to those with special needs, but perhaps even discriminatory. not a good look for logitech
