    Dear Customer,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the experience with Options+. You can uninstall the options+ software from your PC directly, once uninstalled then you can freshly install options software and start using it. Incase you need help in understanding how to uninstall a software, please let me know the operating system which you are using.

    The Surface Pro X has been out since 2019. The M1 MacBook since 2020 and you still don't support:

    - Windows on ARM
    - M1 MacBooks

    When will Logitech Options be updated to support these processers? With Logitech Options+ now out in Beta it's a the ideal time to add support.

    May we enquire if there will be Easy-Switch integration between MX Keys and MX Master 2S (or any other Easy-Switch Logitech mouse) in the future?

    Environment:
    I have a personal PC with Logitech Options+ installed, and a work PC without (not able to install due to company policy, so Logitech Flow is not usable). Personal PC is using Bluetooth to connect, while work PC is connected via unifying receiver.

    Issue:
    Whenever I need to switch between both PC, I need to press the Easy-Switch button on both keyboard and mouse.

    Suggestion:
    1. Pressing the Easy-Switch button on the keyboard will switch both keyboard and mouse to another PC, instead of having to press the Easy-Switch button on both devices.

    2. If the above suggestion is not possible, at least consider the possibility to add the function in Logitech Options+ to allow the remapping of the Easy-Switch button to another button on the MX Master 2S (or any other Easy-Switch Logitech mouse).

    3. If the above suggestion is also not possible due to hardware limitations, design a better mouse that allows remapping of the Easy-Switch button or places the Easy-Switch button where it is accessible without having to raise the mouse up and pressing the button at the bottom (like current generation).

    Swapping from Logitech Options to Logi Options+ has been an extreme downgrade for me. I got a MX Master 3S (had previously used an original MX Master and 2) and moved to the new software as required.

    I found that pretty much once every other day or so, the custom shortcuts would just stop responding with no warning. I would have to open Logi Options+ and then it would show as Configuring or Updating for a few seconds and would go back to normal, something that I never saw happen a single time with the old software. Eventually this was so frequent that I turned off auto updates, which helped a little.

    Now, for the last couple days, I have restarted my computer and found that none of my custom button assignments have been saved and I have been logged out of the app (so it won't grab them from a backup either). I have no idea what's resetting them, but at this point I'm getting into the habit of opening Logi Options+ every time I turn on my PC to re-set up my buttons. I don't understand how this went from something I thought about one time ever when installing and setting up my mouse, to a constant annoyance that I have to deal with several times a week. Very disappointed in this and I wish I could just use Logitech Options instead, because at the end of the day, all I really care about is my mouse doing what I expect it to after I set it up and nothing further.

    MX Keys Screen Capture media key does not work, does not screen capture!  Unless the captures are saved somewhere besides Pictures or Videos folders.

    uninstall Options+, after that if Option force you to install Options+, uninstall Option then install Option but not the last version but the version before.

    The LogiOptionsPlus folder on my Mac is now 3.9 GB in size. Can I delete the cache? Every GB on this drive is precious, and I wish I did not need to dedicate over 4 GB to running my mouse and keyboard. Thanks.

    Will the craft keyboard be added to options+? That's the only thing keeping me from using it. I use the MX Master 3 (supported) and Logitech Craft (not supported). On windows.

    Hello Support,

    Although I appreciate the work you are doing with Options+ but I'm disappointed with the V1.00 you released few days ago... I see that my keyboard Craft is not supported yet.

    I understand there is some work to be done but this is a premium keyboard, 200€ worst and it is not yet supported!!! It should be a priority taken into the price, isn't it.

    OK, I understand this might not be the most popular keyboard on sell with Logitech but with a premium item, I would expect premium  support. I still have to switch between 2 apps (basic Option and Option+). This is really not easy going.

    Anyway, thank you for Option+ which is great with great GUI.

    What's the forecast?

    We apologize for the delay in responding.

    You just need permission to install the software i.e to be able to store the software you need to be the admin on your computer.

    If the issue persists, kindly try the following.

    1. Uninstall Logitech Options+
    2. Perform clean boot of your Windows Computer.

    This problem is still here on every restart/shutting down :(
    No meter which OS windows10/11. It starts to annoy me a lot,if you can't fix it, you can just hide this somehow ?

    This app is not ready for release. The UX is a disaster, product support incomplete, and it's super buggy. I immediately deleted it after installing it.

    Sneha D no there is no problem, but also old options software have problem with adobe and when is both installed i have this.

    Options + does not have this problem with adobe applications but background services/processes is problem
