v-uav35 (P/N 861200-0000): Is this webcam compatible with Windows 8?  I have been looking for software/drivers for over an hour and searching this forum but no luck on finding existing information.  Thank You for Your Assistance..

  Appreciate you trying to help but the M/N V-UAV35, P/N 861200-0000 is correct as stated in first post.  With that said, please don't give up on trying to help me find drivers/software that will make it work w/Win8....Thanks

  Hello Degause,   The variation in Model Number can differ from one region to another where the webcam is released. You might be interested in viewing a similar query posted by one of our other users:   Notebooks Deluxe model number V UAV35 Windows 7   This camera model was produced before the Windows 7 and 8 platforms were released. Back then, the cameras were often not dependent on the native UVC (USB Video Class) drivers offered by the Operating System.
