    Could you please check if the issue is the same when you are connecting to CIRCLE via the desktop app on a computer : https://circle.logi.com/#/login ?

     

    Does the problem appears for all the video or is it only on a specific day ?

    Hello @Paul Wilkinson ,

     

    In order to solve the issue, please try bringing the camera closer to your router.

     

    Could you please also specify if you have an error message when opening the app ?

     

    In order to check if the Circle is functional, could you please test it on another wifi network ?

    Hi there, Yes, I have brought the camera MUCH closer to my route but there is still a “low connection signal” which should not be as I have a high speed fibre optic connection and all of my other items that are connected to my wifi router are working well and as normal.     To check if the issue is only related to the camera, please test the Circle connected to another Wifi network.

    Also, my Wifi network is working perfectly. ALL of my other connected items are running perfectly and as they should so please don't put this on my Wifi network. 

     

    I moved the Circle and placed right next to my modem and still shows 1 bar signal strength only. Wherever I place it, it shows a signal strength of 1 bar, so the issue is with the camera.

    In order to check that the Circle is able to pick up the wifi signal correclty, could you please test it on another Wifi network and give us your feedback ?

    I agree with PaulWilky76. I'm noticing the same issue so it's definitely not caused by the wifi network. I have even reset my Circle and router and the issue still persists.

    In order to understand the issue, could you please lower the resolution of the camera in the Circle app settings (menu > more settings> resolution) ?
