Circle setup error: not connecting to cloud

    The reset requires a firm press (harder than you would think) and you should receive acknowledgement instantly if the reset is successful.

    Thanks! The resets seem to have done their job so far - I've got two beeps and the LED is flashing blue. After that I can add the cam and it connects to my wifi (but not to the cloud). So I think it must be something else...

    I'm having a similar issue. I had to reset my Circle 2 because it was losing internet connection after the latest firmware update. I pressed the side button like instructed. When I start the Set Up in the app, it will stay at the Connecting to your Cloud screen and stay there until it comes back with an error. I emailed support but they were no help. They just told me to reset again.

    I am experiencing the same problem after numerous resets...just get stuck at "connecting to your cloud"!!!

    Im having the same issue, even worst, I had to reset my router and lost the only camera working. :( where is the support? the product is not cheap at all!

    same issue here

    got 2 new C2 at Amazon,. One is working great with no issues

    the other wont finish the setup, allays fail at cloud mode...

    I am having exactly the same problem. It seems to be some local to my network as they manage to connect if I create a hotspot network on my iPhone and use that to connect. Anyone every got to resolve the issue?
