Circle setup error: not connecting to cloud
Hello,
I am trying to add a new Circle to my existing cloud account. During setup, it first seems to connect to my wifi network. However the next step (cloud connect) always fails to complete even after multiple attempts and hard resets. The error message given is "setup error, reset required".
My previous Circle cam worked just fine (until it fell to the ground and broke apart), although my network was running on a different router back then.
Could it be that there is a port / firewall issue at play here and how would I resolve it?

I'm having a similar issue. I had to reset my Circle 2 because it was losing internet connection after the latest firmware update. I pressed the side button like instructed. When I start the Set Up in the app, it will stay at the Connecting to your Cloud screen and stay there until it comes back with an error. I emailed support but they were no help. They just told me to reset again.
