Circle 2 blinking yellow light

Hi, I have a logi circle 2 and it's blinking yellow.  It blinks all colours when I try to reset then goes back to yellow. Never blue so I can't add it to my network, has anybody been able to fix anything similar?

    Hello I have the same problem :

    I can not reset the circle 2 camera, I have the yellow light in constant flashing and I never manage to put it in blue

    First four digits are 1816

     

    I would appreciate your help

    ?I've got the same Problem as Kyina.  What does "You will need to RMA the camera" mean? I've restarted and resetted the camera many times without success, The first 4 Digits of my Serial number are 1848.

    Who has a solution?

    Same problem here. When I plug in the camera it never gets to the point where it flashes blue. Just yellow then white over and over. First 4 of my serial number is 1847

    Same problem. Never flashes blue. First 4 of my serial number is 1835. Just bought a subscription too and tried every type of reset.

    I contacted the company via an email and they were very helpful.
    It turns out there is a defect with some of the cameras and if you have the same problem, you will eligible to an exchange due to the warranty policy.
    I recommend you contact them too.

    Mine turns on to a solid (not flashing) yellow ring, holding reset and letting go when flashing magenta/green has no effect, it is like the camera has not booted so wouldn't receive the reset command anyway. First 4 digits of S/N are 1722

    Bought two Circle 2 kits (6 cameras in total) in Sam’s Club and two cameras have the same problem. Keep blinking yellow. The other 4 cameras work perfectly. First 4 Digits of S/N are: 1826 and 1740. What should I do?
