    Hi,

This issue should be fixed. Please try to access the software and check if you still have problems with the connection.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.

    Warm regards,

Yes: I have four 700e cameras. None of my cameras will stay up. I have your same issue. I have tried factory default, new password, one camera at a time and reloaded the Alert Commander. Motion seems to shutdown the camera seeing the motion. I suspect the monitoring station is killing the camera when it tries to upload to it. I have seen some video saved on my Windows10 PC. Are you paying for the Logitech monitoring service? I wonder if Logitech is trying to shut down the service. I paid my bill in April.

    Not paying for the service.

I have 10 cameras using the power modules and 4 cameras using PoE

    Orbi router and 3 satellites

Installed commander on a laptop with win10 and it is doing the same thing as my win10 desktop

I have rebooted the cams, restarted router many times , factory reset all cams, uninstalled commander  even using the newer version that came out in beta before Logitech pulled the rug out. Someone else I know in a different state is also having the same issue so I am sure it is on Logitechs end. Not sure how these cams work but they must use a server that is having problems. Sure wish someone at Logitech would respond but very likely since they dumped out on us  a few years ago that wont happen. I would think if you are paying for the service they should get back to you if it is on the Logitech end of things and explain. I don't think its a motion thing.  some of these cams wont even stay connected at all. I can close commander , open it up and the second some of the cams are recognized they drop off and say not found. This is just too many cameras at one time, suddenly having issues for it to be on our own end.

Great, good thing I am retired and have the time to still mess with these things. Did you talk to someone with knowledge on this or automated?

Automated, but I did get a ticket # ; and I'm a paying customer. I am retired too, but I completely destroyed my network messing with this thing. I tried swapping my router, and 'am still fixing up static ports that went dynamic on the router switch-out. I just hate that I've spent so much time on this when it's someone else that has messed us up. It might even be a Microsoft thing. It may just magically fix itself with no explanation from anyone. I have one of these cameras set up to test. I will keep checking every so often.

If you want to get a ticket #, try clicking on the little message robot that pops up on the bottom right of the page.

I just got a an update to my W10 system (KB4495620) and my logitech cameras are all back up. So for me, Microsoft was the culprit. I hope your problem will be solved too. Thanks for posting! I was going crazy!

well for what its worth, right now I have 13 cams working as I type this, the other one is still unplugged from going through all my cameras and disconnecting. I did nothing in the last hour to any of them or my PC.

Forget what I said, they lasted about 5 minutes as I was typing.

great news for you, glad to hear it.

Strange thing I always do updates when they come out, just a couple days ago .

Yesterday I restored my windows to a point when the cams were still working but it did no good. So now I show updates available again since I uninstalled them during the restore.

But I do have my cameras all back for some reason within the last 1/2 hour. to afraid to update windows or even touch the mouse or close commander. This is strange. Thanks for your posts

It is always possible that Logitech did something to fix the problem. My four Logitech cameras are still doing great. I was about to replace them. My W10 version is 1903 on one machine. I will look at my 1809 machine tomorrow to see if it will also run the cameras and report back. It is funny how these problems just go away. I too am afraid to do anything to spoil the charm.

I have had connection problems for a few days. Camera view lost, then found for 2 minutes then lost. The camera power plug also felt warm. These cameras use the household wiring to communicate. There is a outside outlet near my camera and the default breaker was tripped. Reset it this morning and it has been good all day.

FYI, my cameras are all working fine now. Not sure if Logitech fixed the problem or if it was the Microsoft update. For now, I'm starting to feel secure.

I received an email from a person that I asked and that has also repaired  some of my dead 700e's , stated that Logitech had a cloud problem until about noon yesterday.

Thanks for the information, Rajung! It is good to know what actually fixed the problem. Logitech never got back to me on my ticket.
