Hi morgan yunker,
I'd be more than happy to help you with your Logitech Options.
Make sure that you've allow the software to be installed on your computer, please see example below:
Starting with macOS High Sierra (10.13), Apple has a new policy that requires user approval for all KEXT (driver) loading. You may see a "System Extension Blocked" prompt (shown below) during the installation of Logitech Options or Logitech Control Center (LCC).
If you see this message, you'll need to approve the loading of the KEXT manually so that your device drivers can be loaded and you can continue to use its functionality with our software. To allow KEXT loading, please open System Preferences and navigate to the Security & Privacysection. On the General tab, you should see a message and an Allow button, as shown below. In order to load the drivers, click Allow. You may need to reboot your system so the drivers are properly loaded and the functionality of your mouse is restored.
NOTE: As set by the system, the Allow button is only available for 30 minutes. If it has been longer than that since you installed LCC or Logitech Options, please restart your system to see the Allow button under the Security & Privacy section of System Preferences.

Hi Daniel3986,
Make sure that you've run the installer as admin and not being blocked by your firewall and antivirus.

Hi Daniel3986,
I see, by the way, are you installing this on your work computer or on your own computer? If you are using your work computer then you might need an admin access to install this but if you are using your own computer then try to disable your Windows firewall and antivirus temporarily then once the software is installed enable it back.

Hello,
I can confirm, that the installer is broken for mac OS Catalina (Public Beta).
The installer does not even raise the permission prompt and becomes unresponsive.
The older installation (with granted permissions) is broken, too. The previously used logitech craft and an mx master 25 do not work anymore. New coupling is not possible. The devices got detected, but the inputs are simply not working.
Kind regards
Dorian

Um, again, no. I'm on a home PC (Windows 10). I recently downloaded the latest version from this website which worked. However, I had an issue with Windows Update, and did a restore point to revert the update and changes. Upon doing so Options again disappeared and will not install. It seems to think it already is installed, yet is found nowhere on the PC. Thus cannot be uninstalled to try again.

Hi Daniel,
this thread seems to be about mac OS Beta software. I can confirm that my devices work with the latest mac os Beta, so...I guess that specific issue (not the installation, and not any win related things) might be solved.
Getting things to work under windows is a whole different story (and problem). The platforms are nothing alike and maybe there should be a different thread...

Thanks Dorian,
I piggybacked off this thread as others were going unanswered and I figured this one related to my issue, albiet a different OS. OP also posted close to when my issue began, so I figured it could be an Options issue altogether. Seems it might not be...
I'll need to troubleshoot and/or open a ticket elsewhere.
Cheers.

Hi Daniel3986,
Have you tried to turn off your antivirus and firewall?

Frank, sorry for my poor english, but, I believe that everybody here know how to use macOS, because this, we have updated the system to a beta version.
The problem is the software installation Options. Not the operational system. I open a case with the support and they ask me to create a call to change my mouse??
My mouse is awesome. I just want that works. Please, solve the software problem!!

Hi everyone,
It seems that the programme itself works fine on the new system and the problem is limited to the installer itself. A simple solution is to run the installer for some time after the Option App appears in the Application folder; then restart the computer and it works fine. I just tried it today on Catalina.
Best Regards

I have the same issue on Catalina. Devices work over BT fine but since trying to update a previously installed version of Options that was working fine, I get the hung installer. It appears to install something in the background the when opening Options I just get the spinning wheel image shown above, no devices actually show up and no mappings are in place.
