How to reset M330 to factory default
AnsweredI've never had so much trouble with a mouse.
I had my M330 connected to a unifying receiver along with a keyboard when the receiver suddenly stopped, Nice. I still have the original that came with my mouse so I figured I could just use that. Nope, it wont connect. I have Logitech Options on my Mac and have been trying for over an hour to get it to work, the program recognizes when I have the OG receiver plugged it but I can wiggle and click my mouse all I want, nothing happens.
What is my best course of action? I feel like I should just reset the whole thing but I don't know how and my frivolous google searches are coming up empty. Help!

Hello emily1779,
Thank you for contacting Logitech regarding this inquiry about your M330 Silent Plus. There is no actual way to reset the mouse but I can help you on how to connect it back to the unifying receiver.
Let us unpair the mouse from the receiver and then re-establish the connection by following these steps:• Download Unifying Software• Launch the Logitech Unifying Software:-Windows: Start > Programs > Logitech > Unifying > Logitech Unifying Software• When the Logitech Unifying Software Welcome screen displays, click Advanced to continue.• Check if the Logitech device is listed below the Unifying Receiver and check status. If the receiver is not listed, try to use other port and relaunch the software.• Go to advanced and double click your Logitech device and on the other side of it click Un-pair• Click Unifying Receiver and click Pair a new Device.• Follow the on-screen instructions to turn your device off and then back on.• When your device is detected, you'll see the confirmation message. Click Yes and then Next.• Click Finish to exit the Logitech Unifying Software. Your device should now be connected. Please let us know if this helped.Best regards,

emily1779, I have the same exact issue. I have only owned this mouse for a couple of weeks now and wanted to use the included USB receiver when I was out of the office. The receiver included with the mouse is not unifying, so I'm not sure why it loses the factory connection all together.
Were you able to get anywhere with their instructions?
Thanks,
Brandon

Hi emily1779,
I have the same issue with my mouse when I paired it with the Logitech Unifying Receiver. You can download "Logitech Connection Utility" (works only on Windows devices only) to pair it with the original USB receiver using this steps:
1. Connect your original receiver to your PC, the software should be able to detect it.
2. Click on your device and then click pair new device and follow the instructions.
Thanks.
