I just upgraded to Mac OS 10.15 Catalina and my C920S no longer works, either. I checked out the downloads section, but didn't find anything that look like it applied to my camera. Very annoyed, I just bought this camera and it worked fine before I updated to Mac Catalina.

I have HD 1080p webcam and use the Logitech camera settings from the Mac app store. I can't upgrade to Catalina until I know that it will work. I'll be watching for news.

Looks like no one responded here? Was using Wdebcam Setting App before Catalina and worked great now that software no longer works.  With out it the C920 sucks.

Tried downloading the logtiech software but get the following 2.6.2 pkg can't be opened contact the developer.

I gave up and installed the Chrome browser as a separate browser for Mac. Chrome recognized my C920 webcam and I use Chrome when I want to webcam now. From what I have seen so far, Chrome makes a nice browsing experience.

but that doesn't help if you use ZOOM to Live Stream.  You can't adjust anything so it looks terrible

Just to update, you can give permission in the Mac settings and preferences to allow your Mac to install the 2.6.2 pkg and it will give you some controls.  Not fully compatible but at least a temporary fix until Logitech updates the software for the Catalina Update.

2.6.2 stills give you no video output. This is terrible on Logitech's part. The Catalina beta has been out for months why all the catch up?

Yes it gives you access through ZOOM which I use everyday.  I stream 7 live shows a week through ZOOM using the Logitech C920 as one of my cameras.

Alex, you installed the software and restarted everything and updated ZOOM?

I upgraded ZOOM and software but I didn't restart the machine. I can try that next.

By the way Alex before you start ZOOM start the Logitech software which will turn on the camera.  I had the problem that unless I turned on the Logitech software the camera would not show up in ZOOM took me a few tries to realize that.

Does not turn on the camera. When I start 'Camera Settings application it's all dark.

My last suggestion make sure nothing else is tapping the same camera.  For example if I have ZOOM on then the camera is not available in Wirecast.  If this doesn't;t help then I have nothing to offer other than go to ECAMM and get a free trial of their iGlasses software..

Dr. Alan, it worked. I had to move the camera from the USB hub it was attached to and connect directly to my laptop. No idea if this is a USB bug in 10.15 with multi-tiered hub topology or what. But as soon as I did that, my BRIO came back to life (5 minutes before a meeting!). Thanks Alan for sticking with me!

Very frustrating that Catalina does not work with c920 pro. I would like to know when this will be operational. I am willing to scrap the camera and find another vendor. I have heard that the issue is on the Logitech side. Is there a date set that this will be remedied ?

It will definitely work if you follow the thread I had with Alex.
