    Thank you for the reply, yep, I am 100% sure the resets (I have performed a quite a few now) are correct.

    Are you sure you got the reset procedure done correctly? Did you see the magenta+green pattern after 9 secs of holding the button in?

    Helli Neil and Logi_Aron, same problem here. My ticket is also ignored. I’d like to use it again. Wat is the solution?

    Hi Matthijs, I finally got this resolved last week, Logitec had to replace the camera, but in order to get a replacement, I had to nag and nag and nag, I ended up having to call the customer service number every couple of days: 001 866 601 5644
