Factory reset M310
AnsweredI have an M310 that has suddenly gone wonky - double clicking instead of single clicking, difficulty getting pointer in the right spot, etc. Is there a way to factory reset it and clean it all out?

Hi Cindy Morus,
Thank you for reaching Logitech! Allow us to answer your inquiry about your Wireless Mouse M310.
Apparently, we don't have a specific reset button that we can do for this model of the mouse. As what Cindy Groves commented, rather than using Logitech Options, we recommend you to download and install the Logitech Setpoint Software instead then do the "Restore Defaults" option.
You may also try and do the following.
- Change batteries
- Spray can of compressed air between the gaps of the mouse to blew out debris or dust possibly blocking the keys.
- Try updating the devices firmware by downloading and installing the Firmware Update Tool.
If you have further inquiry, please do not hesitate to reach back to us or contact our support team for direct assistance.
