    Hi David Sevilla,

Thank you for reaching Logitech! Apologies for not providing a prompt response. Allow us to assist you with your Wireless Keyboard K360.

First, make sure that your receiver have the Unifying logo printed on it.

Then we recommend you to manually pair the keyboard to it using the Logitech Unifying Software. Instead of clicking the "Next" button from the welcome page, click on the "Advanced" option instead. Once the Advanced window is open, it should show you the Unifying receiver displayed on the left side panel. If the receiver already shows the keyboard name under it, "highlight" the keyboard then select "unpair" option. Once done, highlight again the receiver name, then click on the "Pair a new device" button then proceed with switching OFF and ON the keyboard. Finally, test for functionality.

If you have further inquiry, please do not hesitate to reach back to us or contact our support team for direct assistance.

    hello

i have tried the proposed solution about (i am very familiar with using the advanced feature) but my k360 never shows up as a device listed. i try to add a new device and get this message:

The device you are trying to pair is not Unifying compatible.. Please use the receiver that came with your device.

this is probably why you have suggested using the advanced option. anyway now that i have tried that what should i do?

Note: i have tried every logitech unifying receiver but i can't get the k360 to show up.

AND, yes i have already purchased a new receiver directly from logitech and that doesn't work either.

PLEASE HELP! i know this isn't one of your high end keyboards but i really like the feel of this keyboard.

    Hi Michelle Martin,

Thank you for your feedback. It's weird that the keyboard is not being recognized by the Unifying receiver.

Since you've mentioned that you have tried all the pairing process for the keyboard but still is not being detected, it is a possible issue with the keyboard itself. What we can recommend you to do is submit a ticket to our support team for further assistance.

    Hello,

I am having the same problem where the device is not even being recognized. I have the unifying receiver as well as the 360 keyboard and mouse series. My original receiver is locked up at the high school where I work and I do not have access to it. Neither my keyboard or the mouse has the orange symbol on it.

I have the same problem with my K360 Keyboard.  I cannot get it to pair.  I purchased a new MX Anywhere 25 mouse and the unified connecter will not recognize the keyboard or says it cannot connect to a 750? keyboard - which it is not.

I have three K360 keyboards. When I check the underside of them, two of them have the Unifying symbol next to the "K360" name and they pair up seemlessly. One of them does not have the Unifying logo and will generate the message "The device you are trying to pair is not Unifying compatible". Not all K360 can be expected to pair, only those with the Unifying logo. I bought this non-compatible K360 as a set with an M185 mouse and a dongle. None of these parts has the Unifying logo. This means that, having to replace the mouse, I have to replace the keyboard too (unless I want to use a separate USB port).
