    I can't 'Express' how sad we are as a family to see this product being discontinued.  We have come to rely on the ease of using this remote.  It's simple, that's the beauty of it, it's simplicity.  It will be a sad day around here when we have to fumble with a remote that has 100 buttons on it again.  Put on glasses to see what is what and figure out which one does what we need again.  Simply asking the remote to do what we need has become something of second nature here.

    I have two Harmony Express Remotes. Both set up via my iPhone and neither works in the other location readily. I had been on the phone for a few hours with Logitech as they patiently tried to help me but the bottom line is -neither works and I have desperate need for them. I have the First Harmony which I still use.  I hope the Elite is more user friendly.
