Capture no longer detected as a source?

Capture is no longer detected as  source in any program or website I use. How can I fix this?

  After 24 hours of research I have uninstalled Logitech Capture and installed an older version. Auto updates are off until this issue is fixed in newer versions. If there is a different solution, please let me know.
