Logi Circle - "Trouble connecting to the cloud"
AnsweredHi, I am trying to install my Logi Circle on a new Wi-Fi network but am having problems. The installation process via the app finds the camera, and goes on to the next phase which is to connect to the cloud. However this times out with the message "trouble connecting to the cloud". I have tried this process several times, including after hard resetting the camera. Do you have any suggestion as to what I should do? My one thought is that the Circle can't connect via a mesh network, although it has been working with an Orbi Wi-Fi network previously. Thank you!

I changed the WPA security settings on the Wifi network and it still didn't work. So then I left it for a few weeks and tried it again and it worked... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So maybe it was the security settings or maybe not.
I can't remember which order I did things, I reset and created a new login too. One of the issues I still have is when I open the app it asks me to login then brings me to a webpage (on iPhone) and prompts me back to the app in an infinite loop. I close the app and reopen it and then it works. Very strange and annoying. However it eventually works.
