I ordered a C920S PRO HD webcam from you in December last year and received a confirmation email on 29 Dec. I've heard nothing since then. I checked ourt as guest, but have had to creat an account in order to email you. The order information in the email was:

Purchase date: 29/12/20 Order # 29197963339 Guest access code: OtA5Ur2s

The order details says: Order in Process

Can you tell me when I can expect delivery, please.

(I've had to create an account to send this email).
