If it’s helpful - I’ve been playing around with the issue and I’ve found that it triggers with screen sharing and the camera. When I turn the mouse off and back on - the robotic voice disappears - however it returns every time I turn on my camera or share my screen.

So after switching my MX Master 3 over to the unify dongle, the problem went away for a few days. Now that I'm back at my desk with MX Master Keys, it's back! This is incredibly frustrating. I might have to look into replacing my setup with something else if Logitech can't figure this out, or at the very least acknowledge that it's a problem for mac users.

Bump, I'm experiencing a similar issue issue with the MX Master 3s with my Macbook Pro 2019.

The interference occurs when I use my MX Master 3s with both the Bolt dongle and with Bluetooth direct connection.

Once I turned off the mouse, the problem went away.

Is this something that can be fixed? If not I would like to return my mouse.

I doubt Logitech really care about their products once people brought it. Only reply their support team giving is “ Please check our official Logitech page and subscribe to our newsletter to receive notifications on any updates.“

MX Master 2S and Airpods Pro here. Same issue. Hope Logitech provides a firmware to fix this or else I'm about to give up using Logi products

Having this problem with my MX Master 3 with my 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Pro, running the latest macOS (12.4), AirPods Pro with the latest firmware, the mouse is on the latest firmware and I've tried resetting it.

    To add to this:

    • Return your product if you still can, it’s been an issue for over a year
    • Additionally, no change with os updates, Logitech software updates (or the beta update), nor with firmware updates.
    • It seems to be a Bluetooth spec conflict that would need either Apple and/or Logitech to fix
    • It’s worse if you use more than one Logitech device (without the unifying receiver)
    • Some people will see relief with a unifying receiver, but it tends to come back
    • Removing all devices and adding them back doesn’t change the situation
    • It impacts other non-Apple audio devices over Bluetooth
    • It impacts other non-Apple audio devices over 2.4 GHz (with dongles)
    • Problem exists on 2019, 2020, and 2021 MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptops (mix of Intel and M1)
    • All versions of Mojave
    • Does not impact any computer we have where the user has other branded keyboards and/or mice. Only the computers using Logitech wireless devices.

To make the problem instantly go away? Turning off Logitech devices and removing them from your Bluetooth devices. Headphones work as expected right after. All special “Switching” features, and AirPlay features work as well.

I want to love my MX devices, but they are no longer usable. We returned all products our office bought (that we could) and won’t replace them with other Logitech devices.

Bump. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out what was causing this. FWIW, my Sony XM4 run my Zoom calls just fine when I use my MX3 mouse. Issues happen when I use AirPods.
From what I hear they don’t take these support tickets seriously. Just gotta go write reviews on Amazon, etc.

Hi Shawn, did you try this and it still didn’t work? I can see many people not willing to spend more money to acquire a usb receiver to fix a compatibility issue. For me, I love my logi devices and I love my AirPods, so I did spent another $19 CAD + taxes. And it resolved the issue.

I'm unfortunately past the return window for my MX Mechanical Mini and MX Anywhere 3.

Interestingly enough, the problem only started for me when I updated my computer from Big Sur to Monterey, I was not having the issue prior to the update. I refuse to have to downgrade my system simply to get a mouse and keyboard to work, so I'll be trying to get rid of these and replace them with compatible accessories.

I'm currently running 12.4, but this issue as I said was present during the initial upgrade to 12.x

    Computer specs below:

    MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019

    2.4 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9

    32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB

Rebeca Furtado thanks but I would like the problem fixed not a work around with a USB. I bought this combo because it was Bluetooth, it's working with the USB dongle Logitech sent with the keyboard or mouse.

I'm having the same issue with AirPods Pro, my MX Ergo mouse connected via Bluetooth, and a 2019 16" MacBook Pro. :-(

I'm having a similar issue: using Logitech MX Master 3, MX Keys, and Apple Airpods Pro at the same time = robotic and unusable microphone, for example in Google Meet video conferences.

I finally got a response back from support that acknowledged this was a known issue, unfortunately, there's also no ETA for this fix. Posting the response I got here for reference:

Thanks for your reply we appreciate your effort conducting our suggested troubleshooting steps. As of the moment we are still working on the issue and we cannot confirm an ETA yet.

Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

IMO, this issue is really hurting their brand image and makes me reluctant to buy their products. I spent all this money on my Airpods Max and MX mouse to find out I have to pick and choose which one to use. How pathetic. My MX mouse has been sitting idle for the past three months due to this issue because I use my Maxes for Zoom/Team meetings.

Logitech, please work w/ Apple to solve this.

This continues to be a problem for me with a myriad of troubleshooting steps not working. Like everyone else, I have a 2019 MacBook Pro (Intel).

Has anyone had an issue with non-Apple headphones/earbuds? I'm not seeing alternative mice that I like and before spending money on a dongle, I was wondering if this problem only exists with Apple AirPods and Logitech BT devices or if it affects every BT headset.

This started relatively reliably after I got my mouse the other day.

Volodymyr Sobotovych: the problem seems specific to 2019 MacBooks and Logitech peripherals, which would explain why your 2018 MBP isn’t affected using AirPods. It would also make sense then that your non-Apple headset isn’t affected.

It’d help if you test out your 2018 MBP with your AirPods and report back. I’m guessing you won’t notice any problems.

Kevin that is a real bummer to hear. You're the first I've heard of this affecting a non-2019 MBP but I could've missed other examples. Thanks for your comment/clarification.

FWIW - this isn't affecting my 2021 M1 MBP, just but 2019 Intel MBP (which I use for work).
