Rally Bar Camera Offline and Offcenter

We have a Rally Bar and I recently found that the camera is pushed all the way off to one side, and when I initiate a meeting, it does not come online or center itself the way it used to.  In the meeting, I'll see a banner that says the camera is offline.  I have applied all updates and restarted it a couple times, but it does not help.  Is there any way to reset or fix it?
