Logitech Pro x gaming Keyboard
AnsweredHi, I am having some problems as from yesterday my keyboard went into some kind of odd meltdown, I rebooted my pc then was promoted with my PW key, and there I could no longer use my keyboard with the RBG set to ON !, If I switch the RGB OFF the keyboard works again, But after some time the keyboard will start to work again with RBG ON! Very confusing. I would like to try and find out if there is something wrong with the keyboard or if have I somehow programmed it with some key pressing that I was not aware of and locked it out for a time. Or do I have some kind of spy bot on my pc that it's tracking my key pressing ??
I am very confused and need to get this fixed ASAP or some kind of solution,
Cheers

Hi Karl8514,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the experience with the G403 Gaming mouse.
We would request you to please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:
1. Fully charged the device. Check the power switch/button.
2. Try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source.
3. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.
4. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay.
5. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.
6. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware using the Connection Utility software: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360025141574
7. Update the device's firmware:
• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
• If a firmware update is available, a Blue """"Update"""" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
8. Windows only — check if there are any Windows updates running in the background that may cause the delay.
9. Mac only — check if there are any background updates that may cause the delay.
10. Try testing the device on a different computer.
In case, if you need assistance, please write back to us.Best regards,
Praveen C

Hi, there seems to be some kind of misunderstanding, it is not a mouse it's a Logitech Pro x gaming Keyboard,
I've done all the above and it's still the same
Os windows 11 version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Cheers Karl
Also tried the keyboard on another computer and was doing the same thing, So I am assuming it hardware related. Or the onboard memory is storing something that is bugging out?

Hey Karl,
Thanks for following up and we regret the inconvenience caused.
We kindly request you to follow the below steps and check if that helps:
1. Plug the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device. If using a different USB port works, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023370233
2. Windows only — Disable USB Selective Suspend:
• Click Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > USB Settings > USB Selective Suspend Setting.
• Change both settings to Disabled.
3. Update the device's firmware:
• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
• If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
4. Try testing the device on a different computer.Regards,
Shrivathsa
