    When can I expect that email? Been monitoring my email for the last 2 hours and nothing. What's the deal with Logitech being so extremely slow / unresponsive? You didn't answer my question in regards to canceling my order, or at the VERY least give me a partial refund for the expedited shipping I paid for. Please let me know ASAP what is going on.

    Hello, i'm having the same problem. I place my order last saturday and I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. The deadline was today, but the order status stays "accepted". I'm from Brazil, and I Will return next Friday. The order was made to delivery the product in France.
