You can turn off voice prompts and switch to only tonal notifications using the Jaybird App. Go to the Jaybird App and select ‘Voice Prompts’ on the Headphones tab (iOS) or Settings (Android). Then select Tones Only.
Your earbuds will automatically restart after you update your settings.
