Here's what to do if your device isn't listed on the app:
Update the Logi Options+ App to the latest version and uninstall the Logitech Presentation software. You should now be able to see your device on the Logi Options+ App.
If you're still unable to see your device on the Logi Options+ App, please restart your system.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
