To make sure that your BRIO/BRIO 4K is the default video calling device, check these settings:
Under Sound properties, BRIO/BRIO 4K should be selected as the default Playback and Recording device:
In Windows, open Control Panel and select Sound.
On the Playback tab, select BRIO/BRIO 4K and then click Set Default.
On the Recording tab, select BRIO/BRIO 4K and then click Set Default.
In your video/audio calling application, check settings or preferences. BRIO/BRIO 4K should be selected as the camera.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
