If ZeroTouch consistently has trouble understanding certain contact names, try the following:

Sync accounts:
Make sure your contacts are properly synced so ZeroTouch can match contact names with numbers.

Create Contact nicknames:
For difficult to understand names, you can assign a nickname (ex. “Mom,” “Brother”)
To assign a nickname:- Open your Contacts app.
- Choose the contact.
- Tap the Edit button.
- Add a new field - Nickname.
- Assign an easy to understand nickname and save the contact entry.

Contact Entry:
Make sure there is a name associated with the contact’s phone number
