- Make sure your device is turned on.
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of Logitech Options. To check the version:
- Open Logitech Options.
- On the bottom left of the Logitech Options, click More.
- In the More settings window, click Software. The version of Logitech Options is listed under About.
- If you’re not sure if you’re using the latest version, click Check For Update.
