If you've connected your BRIO/BRIO 4K webcam to a Mac using a USB-C to USB-A adapter or hub, and don't see any video while using a video streaming application, try one of the following:
- Update the Mac to the latest version of macOS High Sierra. The latest release solves this issue.
- If you're unable to update your Mac, connect the webcam directly to the computer. If your Mac only has USB-C connections, then you may need a USB-C to USB-C cable to stream video with the BRIO/BRIO 4K webcam. Some USB-C to USB-A adapters or hubs are not fully compatible with streaming video from the BRIO/BRIO 4K webcam.
