The Logitech User Experience Program collects basic information about your system configuration. All information is collected anonymously, and combined with data from other users. No personally identifiable information is captured (ex. your name, address, email or phone number). It also doesn't capture any web pages you visit, files you download, or letters or numbers you type on your keyboard, except for shortcut keys such as .com and arrow keys.

Data will be sent to Logitech once every two weeks or so over a four-week period. You'll be notified and can review each data report before it is sent, and you can stop participating in the program before any data is sent. Your participation in the program will automatically stop at the end of the four-week period. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

NOTE: The file sent is 1K - 1MB, depending on your usage.

The following data is collected:

System Info

• PC type
• Primary language
• Whether or not an external monitor is attached
• Resolution of external monitor

Usage Info

• Number of times the Logitech Onscreen Keyboard is activated and deactivated
• Number of times the keyboard is activated automatically or manually
• Applications used with the keyboard
• Number of times the alpha layout is used
• Number of times the number & symbol layout is used
• Number of characters, numbers and symbols typed
• Number of times various control keys are pressed (such as Enter, Caps Lock, etc.)
• Number of times the zoom buttons are used
• Number of times the cut/copy/paste buttons are used
• Number of times the settings panel is accessed and settings that are changed
