The difference between the M585 and M590 is:
The M585 Multi-Device mouse uses switches that provide an audible “click”. These give you a cue to confirm left and right clicks.
The M590 Multi-Device Silent mouse uses silent switches, with a smooth tactile feedback. The audio cue when left and right buttons are used is nearly silent.
