Likely Cause(s):

Faulty USB cable
Faulty USB port or power source
Internal battery fault
Sleep timer/firmware issue

Symptom(s):

Mouse does not power on
Mouse does not charge
Low battery life after charging
Mouse does not power off

Possible solutions:

Try a different USB cable.
Connect to a different USB port or to a different power source.
If it’s not charging correctly or if the mouse never turns off the problem could be a firmware issue. Check for possible firmware updates in Logitech Options. If the firmware update doesn’t fix the issue, then the problem may be due to a hardware issue.
