If your FreePulse headphones frequently lose their connection to the receiver, do the following:
General Suggestions:

Check that your receiver is securely plugged into the 3.5mm audio jack on your audio source.

Make sure your FreePulse headphones and the receiver are both fully charged.

Connect your FreePulse headphones to the receiver. For instructions, see below.
Connecting your FreePulse

Make sure both devices are off.

Turn on your headphones by pressing and holding the connect button on the headphones until the LED is blinking red.

Turn on your receiver by pressing and holding the connect button on your receiver until the LED is blinking red.

The devices should automatically connect to each other. This is indicated by both LEDs being solid blue.

If you still hear no sound, wait until the LEDs on both the headphones and the receiver are solid red and then momentarily press the connect button on the headphones. If you still can't hear music, proceed to the next step.

Press and hold the connect button on the headphones and the receiver in succession until the LED is flashing red and blue (this should take fifteen seconds).

Wait for the LEDs to turn solid blue. Your headphones should now be connected to the receiver.
