Turn off your MK100 mouse and try cleaning the mouse sensor (shown below) with a soft cloth or a Q-tip:

Plug the USB cable directly and securely into your computer. Hubs, KVMs and other such devices are not supported.

Try using your mouse on a piece of white paper to see if it may be a surface tracking issue.

Use a mouse pad and avoid using your mouse on the following surfaces:

Glass or other see-through surfaces
-
Reflective surfaces such as mirrors or metals
-
Wood grains and grooved surfaces.
