If you're experiencing audio issues with your UE 3600 headphones, try the following suggestions:
Make sure that the 3.5mm connector is connected securely to your device.
Check to see that your device is playing audio and that it's not muted.
Try adjusting the volume on your device.
If you are connected to your computer, make sure you have the UE 3600 selected as the audio output device (see your computer's support documentation for more help).
If you're connecting to a computer that has separate microphone and audio output jacks, use the supplied Y-adapter cable. See answer 360023250654 for more information.
NOTE: Some smartphones have a 3.5mm jack that is incompatible with the UE 3600 headphones. This can cause the audio to be weak or distorted.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
