If you're experiencing audio issues with your UE 3600 headphones, try the following suggestions:

• Make sure that the 3.5mm connector is connected securely to your device.

• Check to see that your device is playing audio and that it's not muted.

• Try adjusting the volume on your device.

• If you are connected to your computer, make sure you have the UE 3600 selected as the audio output device (see your computer's support documentation for more help).

• If you're connecting to a computer that has separate microphone and audio output jacks, use the supplied Y-adapter cable. See answer 360023250654 for more information.

NOTE: Some smartphones have a 3.5mm jack that is incompatible with the UE 3600 headphones. This can cause the audio to be weak or distorted.
