After you set up your Harmony Ultimate for the first time, your remote will be synced with your MyHarmony custom configuration. Your mobile devices will also sync your configuration the first time you connect.

After this time, changes you make to your Favorites, button mapping, and custom gestures on your remote or in your MyHarmony account won't sync to your mobile devices. Any changes you make to your configuration on your mobile devices will be unique to the device you modify.

NOTE: To re-sync the Favorites on your app with your Favorites configuration on MyHarmony, tap Menu > Settings > Reset Favorites. This will delete the Favorites on your mobile device and download the configuration you have on MyHarmony.
