Here are some issues you might have with the Logitech Folio, along with how to fix them:
iPad won't stand in media position Make sure your iPad is installed correctly in the iPad holder and secured in one of the viewing grooves.
iPad won't wake when the keyboard folio is open, or sleep when it is closed Make sure your iPad is securely installed in the iPad holder and oriented correctly. See answer 360023255654 for details.
