If your keyboard has stopped working properly, and you're having Bluetooth pairing problems, key repeating issues, or some keys not working after updating to iOS 7, try the following steps. Test the keyboard after each suggestion:

Turn off all other devices besides the Bluetooth keyboard

Make sure the keyboard is charged

Turn the tablet keyboard off and then back on

On your iPad/iPad mini, turn Bluetooth off and on

Turn your iPad/iPad mini off and then back on

Un-pair and then re-pair the keyboard with the iPad/iPad mini’s Bluetooth function (see answer 360023257294 for more details)
If the above steps don’t resolve the problem, you can reset your iPad/iPad mini. Here’s how:

Tap Reset Network Settings and then test your keyboard.

If re-setting the network settings doesn't help, then go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset all settings.
