You can connect your X100 speaker to a Mac or PC that has Bluetooth capabilities.
Connect to a Mac

From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

Open the Bluetooth preference pane.

Turn the speaker on.

Hold down the Bluetooth button on the side of the speaker until you hear a tone.
NOTE: The Bluetooth connection button will blink rapidly, meaning the speaker is ready for pairing.

The X100 Mobile Speaker will appear in the Devices list.

Once the Logitech X100 appears, click Pair next to the device.
Once your speaker is paired, you may need to select it as the Output device.

In the System Preferences menu, select Sound.

Select the Output tab.

Select the Logitech X100. Your speaker is now ready to use.
Connect to a PC

Turn the speaker on.

Hold down the Bluetooth button on the side of the speaker until you hear a tone.

Open the Control Panel.

Select Hardware and Sound.

Select Devices and Printers.

Select Bluetooth Devices.

Click Add a device.
-
Select Logitech X100 from the list of devices, and then click Next.
NOTE: If the Bluetooth Device Control window opens, expand the Headset type menu and select “My hands-free device Logitech X100 does not have a display”. Then, click Apply.
Once your speaker is paired and connected, you’ll have to select the Logitech X100 as the default playback device in the Windows Sound settings. Here’s how:

Open the Control Panel.

Select Hardware and Sound.

Select Manage audio devices (under Sound).

Select “Speakers Bluetooth Hands-free Audio” and click Set Default.

Click OK.
