- Make sure you have the latest version of software installed. Check your product's Download page for the latest version.
- Make sure you have the correct version of the software installed (some versions may not work with some products). If you’ve purchased a new Logitech product to replace an older one, and the software doesn’t recognize it, you'll need to install the latest version of that software.
- If the software is not installing, check that you’ve downloaded the correct version for your operating system. For example, Windows 7 has two versions: 32-bit and 64-bit. Verify your operating system version, then download the correct Logitech software for it.
- If you’re having a problem running the software, uninstall it completely, and then reinstall it.
