If you are using speakers, the other person on the other end may hear an echo. This is because the sound of you or the other person is being played through the speaker and re-entering the microphone and being played again in a loop, which causes the echo. Using headsets instead of speakers will usually clear up the echo on both ends. If the echo is still present when using headphones, it is probably due to improper settings within that program. Please contact the program manufacturer for assistance in correcting this issue.
