Logitech has released a firmware update for the MX 3200 USB mini-receiver that addresses this issue. To install the update, follow these steps:
If Logitech’s Mouse and Keyboard Software (SetPoint) is installed and running, exit SetPoint by right-clicking the SetPoint icon and choosing Exit. The SetPoint icon can be found in the Windows notification area (System Tray) that is usually located in the bottom-right corner of the Windows desktop, next to the system clock.
Click on the appropriate link below to download the firmware update.
Once the firmware installer has downloaded, double-click the installer. Then follow the on-screen instructions to update your firmware.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
