On the Device Options page, select Adjust power settings and click on the button

1. I want to leave this device on all the time: Select this option if you do not want the Harmony to power this device on or off when starting and finishing Activities. If you press the Help button, it will ask if you want to power it on or off
2. I want to turn off this device when it's not in use: This is the most common setting for devices. Select this option if you want this device to be powered on and off by the Harmony remote when starting and finishing Activities. If you press the Help button, the remote will ask you if you want to power it on or off
3. There are no power buttons on my current remote for my TV: Select this option if the device is not capable of powering on and off remotely or you do not want the Harmony remote to ever power on or off a device. If you press the Help button it will not offer to power the device on or off.

1. One button on the remote for turning it both On and Off: Select this option if your original remote has only one button that powers your device On and Off
2. A button on the remote for On, and a different button for Off: Select this option if your original remote has two buttons for power such as On, Off, or Power and Standby.
   NOTE: Occasionally manufacturers provide codes for both On and Off, even if it is not available on your device's original remote. As this method is more reliable the Harmony software may use this method instead of how your original remote works

1. I have the original remote and know what button to press: Select this option only if you are unable to find a working power command in the Harmony's Device Mode. You will be prompted to learn the command from your device's original remote. To check device mode for that device and test all available power commands (PowerToggle, PowerOn, PowerOff).    Did you know? Most commands users learn from their original remotes are already in the Logitech database? You'd be surprised what commands can be found using Device mode, that can be easily mapped into an Activity or used for power or input settings
   
2. I don't have the original remote, but I know the command that is used: The dropdown list contains all available commands for your device. Typically power commands are named PowerToggle, PowerOn or PowerOff.
   NOTE: The name of the button on your original remote may differ from what the Logitech Harmony Remote software lists. For more information, see 360023382893 - Why don't the names of commands in the Logitech Harmony Remote software match the names of the buttons on my original remote?

   

3. My device needs more than one command to turn it on and off: This option is more common for powering off projectors, which sometimes require a second press of the power button to confirm that you wish to power it off to conserve lamp life
