To access the Favorite Channels on your remote:
- Ensure you have configured favorite channels for your remote. If you have not yet done so, Harmony 600 customers please see Knowledge Base article 360023383973 and Harmony 650/700 customers please see Knowledge Base article 360023383973 for steps on how to setup favorite channels.
- Start the Activity that you previously added favorites to
- If you are on the Commands screen, select Favorite Channels to access your Favorite Channels
- Select the channel you want to watch by pressing the corresponding side buttons next to the LCD screen
