If the touch screen is not responding on your Harmony remote, follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Remove the battery from the remote
- While pressing down on the Off button (small button to the top left of the LCD) reinsert the battery and continue holding the Off button until the LCD screen displays Safe Mode
- Remove the battery and wait for 5 seconds
- Reinsert the battery
- The remote will boot up and you will be prompted to calibrate the screen by touching specific areas on the screen
- When the calibration is complete, the remote will then display your Activities
- Test to see if the touch screen responds
