If you get static interference or the sound cuts out on your Ultimate Ears 200vm headset, try the following:

Plug your headset into a different device (ex. computer or music player).
NOTE: Make sure your headset is completely plugged into the jack.

If the audio from the new device is fine, move the cable gently near the jack, and also near the headset, to see if the problem goes away.

If the audio is fine, then the original device may be causing the problem.

If the sound still cuts out or you hear audio interference, see answer 28836 for how to contact Customer Care about this product.
