If you’re not getting any audio from your G560 speakers, first check the following:
- Make sure all speaker cables are connected and thumbscrews are tightened
- Make sure you’re using only the included Logitech accessories (ex: cables)
- Confirm the G560 Gaming Speakers are detected in Device Manager:
Location: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items, and click Device Manager.
See the following for more troubleshooting help:
- Unplug and then plug the USB cable into a different USB port on your computer.
- Unplug the power to your G560 gaming speakers for five seconds and then plug the speakers back in.
- Reboot your computer.
- Play music via AUX input or Bluetooth connection. Check if music outputs normally.
- If none of the above works, please go to the Advanced Troubleshooting section.
- Confirm that the latest audio driver is installed:
- In Device Manager, right-click G560 Gaming Speaker and choose Properties.
- Click Update Driver and select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Windows will start to search for the best driver and install it. If your driver is the latest version, you'll see:
- Play music from your computer and check music outputs normally. If it doesn't, go to the next step.
- In Device Manager, right-click G560 Gaming Speaker and choose Properties.
- Revert back to Microsoft driver:
NOTE: This step is typically for users who have installed Logitech Gaming Software. The Logitech G driver may not have been loaded correctly.
- In Device Manager, right-click G560 Gaming Speaker and choose Properties.
- On the Driver tab, click Update Driver and then Browse my computer for driver software.
- Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
- A Microsoft USB Audio Device driver and Logitech G560 Gaming Speaker driver will appear, so long as Logitech Gaming Software or G HUB are installed.
- Choose USB Audio Device and click Next. Test speaker output by playing some music.
- If you'd like to continue using Logitech Gaming Software, uninstall Logitech G HUB. See additional instructions here.
- In Device Manager, right-click G560 Gaming Speaker and choose Properties.
