Make sure that you haven’t set the Noise Gate feature to a setting that’s too aggressive for your environment. If you’re not sure, go into G HUB or the G Mobile app and turn off Noise Gate. If you’re still having trouble, check if you’re connected to a USB Hub or docking station. If you are, please connect to a port directly on the PC or game system.
Also, remember that if you have changed Noise Gate settings and uninstalled G HUB or the G Mobile app, you will need to reinstall these apps in order to make subsequent changes to these settings. Alternatively, you could factory reset your headset.
