Dynamic Lighting is a new feature on Windows 11 that allows for Windows and third-party applications on Windows to directly address the RGB-enabled LEDs on connected devices. Any device that has compatibility with Dynamic Lighting can receive lighting events, and any developer can build applications that can use this standard to control lighting.
