There are currently 3 Logitech apps that support MX Brio on Windows and Mac - Logi Options+, Logi Tune and Logitech G HUB. If you have more than one of these installed at the same time, there are times that you might encounter unexpected behavior.
- If you enable RightSight in Logi Tune, any changes to the Zoom and Position in G HUB or Logi Options+ will be temporary.
- If you have a different configuration for the same MX Brio in more than one supported app, you may experience the MX Brio changing the configuration of the camera based on the different app unexpectedly. To work around this, you can do one of the following:
- Have only one of the supported app installed.
- Make the same configuration changes to the camera in each of the supporting applications installed (for example, set the Zoom to 125% in each application).
