To request a refund for a Logitech product that was purchased outside of www.logitech.com, please contact the reseller. If your product is defective, contact Customer Service for troubleshooting and warranty options.
Replace - refund if the product was a gift
For a refund, the product must be purchased directly from www.logitech.com and must be within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. For replacement under warranty, please call Customer Service or submit a request by email.
Your product’s warranty is only valid in the country in which you purchased your product. Logitech does not offer International Warranty.
